Maintain a healthy diet and introducing exercise can alleviate some if not most discomfort and pain associated with a sedentary lifestyle.
Other physicians believe that arthritis care can come in form of medication and therapies. The philosophy is to treat arthritis head on to slow down its degenerating effects on the body before looking at any other external factors. A regimen of anti-inflammatory drugs as well as ibuprofen and Tylenol often accompany an arthritis patient home. Keeping the patient comfortable and being able to maintain a happy healthy medium during flare-ups is key.
